The #Plaidporsche returns

I was given the task of updating the fan-favourite “PlaidPorsche” for the 2023 season.  By no means an easy thing to do, given how well it’s been received since its debut in 2019.  After back-2-back championship winning seasons in both the GTD and GTD Pro classes of the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship, a new car was being developed, the 992 GT3-R from Porsche.  I took on the responsibly of creating a new 2D livery template, and a complete 3D model for supplying renders, as these still do not exist outside of the Porsche factory.  Special thanks to C17Media/Auto Armour for yet-again setting the bar for race livery wraps.

In the end, I’m very proud to bring Laurance Yapp/Pfaff Motorsport’s idea’s to life, and here’s to another successful season in 2023!
